After fitness training others and myself for the past 12 years I quickly began to realize there is more to physical fitness than weights and cardio exercise. I saw many people, both men and women, start off strong and enthusiastic about getting into the physical shape they always wanted. Unfortunately, after a few months or in some cases merely a couple of weeks, the interest in fitness deteriorated and eventually they stopped going to the gym all together. The reason behind their eventual disinterest was not the physical strain but a lack of focus, family or personal responsibilites and simply being bored about going to the gym on a consistant basis. The 3 D's of Fitness philosophy will provide you with the tools, knowledge and motivation to surround yourself in a healthy lifestyle.
