Determination
There are often times when we are "thrown a curveball" that forces us to alter our lives either for a period of time or indefinitely. Maybe a new job has you working until all hours of the night making a trip to the gym nearly impossible. Its possible your spouse could be working a different shift making it necessary for you to be home with the kids into the night.
